<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Perceived OrganizationalSupport dan Perceived Organizational Climate terhadap EmployeePerformance dengan Work Motivation sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi Kasuspada Divisi Bengkel dan Marketing di PT. Nasmoco Wonosobo). Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melaluiGoogle Form pada karyawan divisi bengkel dan marketing. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampling totalsehingga sampel berjumlah 30 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan PLSSEMuntuk menguji koefisien outer dan inner model. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support dan PerceivedOrganizational Climate tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap EmployeePerformance; keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Motivation;Work Motivation berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance; WorkMotivation tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara PerceivedOrganizational Support terhadap Employee Performance, namun mampumemediasi hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Climate terhadapEmployee Performance. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceivedorganizational support dan perceived organizational climate berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, namun hanya iklim organisasi yangberdampak tidak langsung terhadap kinerja. Artinya, di PT NasmocoWonosobo, motivasi kerja meningkat karena lingkungan kerja yang positif,namun belum sepenuhnya mampu mendorong kinerja secara menyeluruh.
