The purpose of this study is to understand and interpret the psychological stateof the main character Pearl, as a psychopathic personality disorder sufferer. Thereare two major problems, namely how the character of Pearl as a psychopathicpersonality disorder sufferer is depicted in Ti West's Pearl and how Pearl'spsychological condition is represented in Ti West's Pearl.The main data and object of this research were collected from the film'ssubtitles. Sigmund Freud's theory of psychoanalysis was used to analyse thecollected data. Furthermore, the researcher applied the qualitative method becausethe main purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of the psychopathicphenomenon without generalising it.From the results of this study, researchers found Pearl's character as a suffererof psychopathic personality disorder represented in Ti West's Pearl (2022). Theresults are written in several points, such as Pearl's character, who is eloquent andshallow, egocentric and grandiose, manipulative and deceitful, lacking remorse,lacking empathy character, and also impulsive character and poor behavioralcontrol.
