This research is conducted to analyse the bipolar disorder reflected in DPR IAN'salbum Moodswing in this order (2021), Moodswing in to order (2022), and DearInsanity (2023) ( a semantic study). There are three problem statements in thisresearch. First, how manic episode are reflected in the song. Second, howdepressive episodes are reflected in the song. Third, what kind of semantic meaningis appeared in the album .The researcher used a qualitative method to examine theproblem statement. The theory and approach that the researcher used is semantic.The result of this study shows that there are two types of figurative language foundto describe the manic episode: personification 1 data and hyperbole 14 data. Thereare three types of figurative language found to describe the depressive episode:simile 1 data, personification 2 and hyperbole 22 data. There are found 2 types ofsemantic meaning: connotative meaning 24 data and affective meaning 16 data. Keywords: Semantic, Figurative Language, Bipolar Disorde
