This research aims to analyze Kübler-Ross’s five stages of grief representedthrough films by the main character Peter Parker in in Spiderman (2002), TheAmazing Spiderman 2 (2014), and Spiderman No Way Home (2021). Kübler-Ross’sOn Death and Dying (1969) is used to conduct this research. There are twoproblems discussed in this study, First How are the stages of grief potrayed inSpiderman (2002), The Amazing Spiderman 2 (2014), and Spiderman No Way Home(2021), Second, how does the grieving process affect Peter Parker’s psychologicalstate potrayed in Spiderman (2002), The Amazing Spiderman 2 (2014), andSpiderman No Way Home (2021)?.This research of stages of grief experienced by Peter Parker used descriptivequalitative method. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method based on theanalysis that the researcher examines Peter Parker psychological state by usingKubler Ross theory through the story from the films.The result of this study shows that stages of grief are experienced by PeterParker. The findings found that from the the three Peter Parker in Spiderman (2002),The Amazing Spiderman 2 (2014), and Spiderman No Way Home (2021) only PeterParker from The Amazing Spiderman 2 (2014) that faced all of the five stages ofgrief based on Kübler-Ross’s theory that is denial, anger, bargaining, depression,andacceptance. Peter Parker (Maguire version) from the first film Spiderman (2002),is not shown going through the stages of denial, and bergaining. Peter Parker (TomHolland) from the Spiderman: No Way Home (2021) by Jon Watts, is not shown inthe film when passing through the bargaining stage Keywords: Five stages of grief, Depression, Kubler Rose, Peter Parker, Spiderman
