This study is to analyze the feminist qualities of the female characters presented in RedNotice (2021) by Rawson Marshall Thurber. There are two problems discussed in this study,first, how are the feminist qualities of the main character reflected in Red Notice (2021) byRawson Marshall Thurber? Second, how does the main character struggle in life in Red Notice(2021) by Rawson Marshall Thurber?In this thesis the researcher uses descriptive qualitative to examine the problem. Thetheories applied in this thesis are feminism and literature and feminist qualities. The methodsused in this research include collecting data; watching the movie, reading the subtitles,identifying the selected data, classifying the data for each problem statement and selecting thedata to answer the problem statement. The researcher also used the method of analyzing data;displaying data for each problem statement, explaining the data and analyzing the data toanswer the problem statement.The result of this study is to describe how the representation of feminism in the movieRed Notice.The movie Red Notice represents a woman with the status of a world-renownedthief who has high qualities, dares to make decisions, has mental and physical strength, hascourage like a man and can also achieve her identity, not just a tool or instrument for thehappiness of others (Men). Obey the dictates of reason and become a woman who fights forherself, develops female qualities, independence, courage to achieve fulfillment in both thepublic and private worlds.
