    PENGARUH JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN, MOTIVASI DAN REWARD TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PADA DISTRIBUTOR MULTI LEVEL MARKETING PT NASA KABUPATEN WONOSOBO

    This research aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Motivation and Reward on the Career Development of PT NASA distributors in Wonosobo City. This research is a quantitative research. The number of samples is 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no influence of entrepreneurial spirit on career development, (2) there is an effect of motivation on career development, (3) there is a positive effect of reward on career development.
