The goal of this study is to determine how motivation andwork discipline affect teachers' performance. This studyused total sampling for data collection, which involveddistributing questionnaires and measuring the results with aLikert scale. Motivation and work discipline are the study'sindependent variables, and Teacher Performance is thestudy's dependent variable. The outcomes of this studydemonstrate that motivation and work discipline both havepositive and significant effects on teachers' performance. Conclusion Teacher performance is significantly impactedby work discipline. This demonstrates that teachers'performance at Bakong Pittaya School in Thailand willimprove the more work discipline they possess. With the Tstatisticvalueof6.947,the influence ofworkdisciplineisgreaterthan theinfluence ofmotivation.
