<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Hotel Atmosphere danService Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention dengan Customer satisfactionsebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus pada Hotel Non Bintang diWonosobo). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dataresponden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Non probability samplingdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel penelitian ini. Total responden dalampenelitian ini adalah 152 yang merupakan pengunjung hotel non bintang diWonosobo. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structuralequation modelling melalui AMOS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hotelatmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.Hotel atmosphere berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customersatisfaction. Service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customersatisfaction. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadaprepurchase intention. Customer satisfaction mampu memediasi pengaruh hotelatmosphere terhadap repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction mampumemediasi pengaruh service quality terhadap repurchase intention.
