Background: One of the issues faced by Indonesia is health problem on motherand child. It is marked by the high maternal and infant mortality rate. There are fourAKB cases and one AKI case at Puskesmas Kertek in 2020. The solution toovercome the issue is a midwifery care management approach Continuity of Care.Aims: It intends to provide a comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant andmaternity, mothers, BBL (baby birth weight), neonates, and family planning byapplying continuity of care midwifery care management approach continuity ofcare. They are documented in SOAP.Method: A case study is carried out employing descriptive approach, interview,direct observation, and medical record documentation. The subject is Mrs. M age23 who suffered chronic energy deficiency at Puskesmas Kertek 1. The study beganon 3rdof August 2021.Result: During pregnancy midwifery care encountered a complication namelychronic energy deficiency. Newborn care has no problem. Neonate and postpartumcare also found no problem. Family planning midwifery care uses implantcontraceptive.Conclusion: The comprehensive midwifery care can be achieved by applyingindependent and collaboration midwifery care and early treatment.
