This research was conducted to analyze haphephobia disorder in the main character in the drama I am not a robot (2017). The are two formulations in this research. First, How are the symptoms of haphephobia reflected in Kim Min Kyu in I am not a robot drama (2017)? Second, How does Kim Min Kyu overcome as the sufferer of haphephobia? The researchers use qualitative methods to describe and explain the data. Researcher collect data by watching movies and reading subtitles from the drama I am not a robot. In this study the author used theory from Sigmund Freud. This study aims to explain the haphephobia symptoms reflected in Kim Min Kyu and Kim Min Kyu overcome as the sufferer. The main character has many symptoms related to his disease, that are fear to human touch, and panic attack. Every time someone touched him, he will have a cold sweat, body shaking or tremors, dizzy, nauseous, heartbeat pounding, fast or short breathing, and crying.. And the main character has three ways to overcome haphephobia, psychotherapy, administration drugs, relaxation technique.
